It’s time to upskill and learn more effective strategies in aged care

I help dietitians like you navigate evidence-based information and translate it into practical methods you can implement straight away. There hasn’t been much support for dietitians working in aged care or a place to ask questions that were specific to our niche. I’ve spent a lot of time researching and working it out for myself, while also wishing there was somewhere I could learn this stuff!

Aged care is a growing specialty for dietetics - there are many older people who need, want and deserve high quality and tasty food every single day. We as dietitians are in the driving seat to create this ‘new norm’ in aged care dining and meal times.

This is your chance to have an experienced (nearly 20 years), hands-on dietitian as your mentor and teacher, who is in the trenches with you and teaches from current and relevant industry requirements. Let’s bring deliciousness back to aged care food and nutrition!

Louise Murray Nosh Dietitians Co

Most dietitians focus their programs on teaching aged care facility staff directly. At Nosh Dietitians Co., we create a community of like-minded dietitians to share ideas, wins, challenges, and evidence-based aged care nutrition. Got questions like where do we start with a menu review? What protein requirements are we aiming for? What are the preferences for nutrition support? How do we get involved in more than just resident referrals?

We teach and support our Dietitian community with a framework to provide comprehensive dietetic services that improve food quality, optimise client nutrition, and provide value for aged care facilities.

Gain confidence and develop your skillset in Aged Care Dietetics to impact more clients or build your own profitable business

“A step-by-step program allowing RDs to know what to assess and what solutions to propose, how to focus their message so things actually change and the menu and health of our older people is improved. It gives us all the tools we need. The coaching program is very personalised and Louise's support helps to gain clarity and to know what's important to focus on, what goals to set. I wanted to work with Louise because she is so knowledgeable and truly cares about who she works with and changing aged care nutrition.”

— Emma Lacombe, RD, Canada

“The Menu Project has been excellent in developing my skills and confidence in Aged Care Facilities and directing my work towards menu reviews as well as individual assessments.”
